Meats

We take pride in providing meat of the highest quality to our customers. Meats that are hard to find in Hawaii such as Grade A prime beef, black angus, USA Choice, black pork*, and Japanese beef* are available. Thinly sliced beef for the preparation of dishes such as Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki are also popular with our members. Our marinated meats are tender and extremely flavorful. Marinades include Miso-Teriyaki, Black Pepper, Herbs, Korean Sauce and our own special Marukai Original Sauce.

Seafood

We take pride in the freshness and variety of our seafood which includes poke, Ahi and Mahi Mahi. 12 different kinds poke (Hawaiian specialty) are made available for our customers. If you haven’t tried it yet, we recommend Fresh Ahi poke. Our Sashimi selection includes Fatty tuna, hamachi, sea urchin, salmon roe, squid, and shrimp. We are pleased to provide our members with speed-delivered Japanese seafood products such as Aji, Iwashi and dried fish.

Vegetables

In addition to local produce, Japanese vegetables are imported fresh by air. Our autumn imported selection includes Matsutake mushrooms, sweet persimmon and chestnuts. The winter season brings us Daikon radish and Renkon roots. Spring brings us Takenoko Bamboo shoots and summer greets us with eggplants, tomatoes and cucumbers. We are pleased to deliver all four seasons to the tropical paradise we live in.
